Virus / Malware Removal is an off-site bench service that
generally takes about 2 hours, depending on the severity of
the infection. Pickup / delivery service is included at no
additional cost. Clients will be given the option for
replacement / recovery of their previous anti-virus software
as it will be removed from their systems in order to
effectively remove the infection. Southwest Computer Solutions
is an authorized AVG reseller, and uses their products
exclusively for effective removal / cleanup procedures. AVG
security software can be left on the customers machine at the
end of the removal service for an additional fee; any and all
software licensing issues remain the sole responsibility of
