Southwest Computer Solutions, Inc. TUPO Service is a maintenance service
that is designed to optimize your existing computer's performance.
Computers are like cars - as you use them over time temporary files
build up, hard drive fragmentation occurs, components start to wear out,
internet helper objects creep in, programs and applications initialize
themselves in your computer startup procedure; all of these things can
have a very negative impact on your computer's performace both during
startup and during internet activity. Our TUPO service addresses
all of these issues to help smooth out your user experience. We also
perform a minor hardware diagnostic to indetify any potential risks that
could jeopardize the integrity of your data and operations.

This is an on-site service
that generally takes about an hour. In many cases, customer anti-virus /
internet security software can be a primary cause for poor performance.
In circumstances where this is the case, customers are given an option
for replacing this software should necessity require its removal, and
there are free alternative software packages that can be just as
effective at preventing infection / security compromise as their
paid-for-resource-hog counterparts. (See

Software charges will be billed separately and the licensing for any and
all software used / installed is the sole responsibility of the user.
Customers who utilize this
service on a regular and consistent basis require far fewer service
visits on average throughout the course of a year, and can therefore
