Solutions, Inc., formerly Hodge Computer Systems, Inc., was
founded in September of 2003 by Jason Hodge. With exactly zero
financial resources and only a hand full of clients, our business
relied almost exclusively on referral business. Since then, with
little or no advertising, we have managed to grow our client
database to almost 1800 names! What's our secret? CUSTOMER SERVICE.
People respond to good customer service. You show up on time,
treat people right, give them a fair price and high quality
products / services; they WILL tell their friends. This business
model has worked well for us, and we see no reason to change it.

Southwest Computer Solutions, Inc. is an ON-SITE computer service
and consulting company that specializes in residential and
business computer services including repair, training, consulting,
upgrades, security, networking, and website development. We also
build and sell our own custom designed computer systems and
computer related hardware including desktops, laptops, servers,
laptops, software, and peripherals. We offer a 3 year limited
warranty on all custom built desktops, servers, and gaming
systems, and provide on-site service and support virtually 24
hours a day, 7 days a week.

based staff have distinguished themselves as leaders in quality
service and customer satisfaction by maintaining a commitment to
100% customer satisfaction. As we continue to grow, we
realize that it is exactly this commitment that has earned us our

With extensive technical training in the Air Force, and over a
decade of management experience, Bentley DeGarmo continues his
career as a technical guru for Southwest Computer Solutions, Inc.
Originally from Connecticut, Bentley and his family relocated to
Southwest Florida in the late 1980's. In the mid 2000's he
completed his training for the A+ Certification and has worked
with computers ever since. He handles all of the bench service for
Southwest Computer Solutions, Inc., and is very closely involved
in the operations and business development aspects as well.

With nearly 10 years in the computer service industry, Jason Hodge has a vast knowledge of
almost everything computer. Having worked for / with numerous
computer companies throughout his career in IT, Jason is currently
the network administrator for literally hundreds of small to
medium sized networks all over the Southwest Florida region. Jason
handles all of the high end network service for Southwest Computer
Solutions, Inc., and works closely with the other techs to ensure
the highest quality of technical services. Born and raised in
Northeastern Ohio, Jason has been a resident of Naples, Florida
since March of 2000.

Margaret has extensive experience in customer service and marketing.
Formerly a successful real estate entrepreneur, Margaret has
successfully applied her skills in communication, marketing, and
sales to her position as Director of Operations for Southwest
Computer Solutions, Inc. A native of Los Angeles, California,
Margaret now calls Florida home, where she lives with her husband,
step-son, two cats, and dog.
